Where is RAC taking place?

CAESARS FORUM is located at 3911 S Koval Ln, Las Vegas, NV 89109, USA. Situated behind The LINQ Promenade and adjacent to the High Roller, the venue is on the east side of the Strip and is connected via pedestrian bridge to Harrah's, The LINQ, and The Vanderpump (formerly The Cromwell).

Is the ticket refundable or transferable?

No, all ticket purchases are final and non-refundable/non-transferable.

My ticket is being paid for by someone else - how do I secure my place?

The person covering your ticket should either register on your behalf or will issue you with a discount code that you can enter during registration.

Do I need to register?

Yes, you will need to register on this website and purchase your ticket. Your place is not secured until full and final payment has been made, and you will not gain access to the event if you are not registered. 

Please note that each attendee will need their own, unique email address to register. All attendees will have personal agendas and will need to login to the Event App using their individual email addresses whilst at the event. 

Will there be translation?

Language translation may be provided by some countries at the discretion of your local Redken office. Please contact us if you would like to check whether translation to your preferred is being provisioned.

Can I change my attendance to another event on the Redken calendar?

Your ticket for RAC is an independent event ticket and cannot be exchanged for another Redken event or education program.

Which is the best hotel to stay at during the event?

We have special rates secured in Las Vegas for event attendees. We would love to have the Redken Power Network together at the same property so would encourage you to take advantage of the event rates. You can make your reservation directly with the property HERE.

If you would like to extend your stay outside of event dates you can contact the reservations team by email at  [email protected] and they will assist you.

Do I need to select my classes?

No, you will receive a tailored itinerary based on your attendance type.

Can I pay for my ticket using Level Loyalty points?

Yes! To use Level Loyalty points please do the following:

1) Redeem your points at the LEVEL website via the link sent in your invitation email.

2) The LEVEL team will handle your request and forward the details of your ticket purchase to the Helpdesk Team at redkenpowernetwork.com. Upon receiving this information, the helpdesk will send you a personal discount code via email for registration. You can expect to receive your discount code within 5 working days after your redemption.

3) After you have registered yourself and any additional members of your group, you will receive a confirmation email from [email protected]. Be sure to check your junk mail folder for your registration confirmation email.

Can I part pay with Level points and the balance by card?

Yes this is possible but must be done on the Level website. Please do not purchase a ticket on the RedkenPowerNetwork.com website if you are intending to split the purchase cost between Level points and card.

Can I pay for my ticket in stages?

Absolutely! You can pay a $100 deposit now, and the remaining balance will be automatically taken on 4 January 2027.
