Patrick Guarniere is a Redken Artist of over 15 years and a lead facilitator for Redken Artist Induction, known for bringing clarity, intention, and human connection to learning spaces. Through his work with Redken, Patrick partners with salon teams across the country, facilitating workshops focused on goal setting, team culture, and professional growth. His work helps salons build teams that are emotionally connected, aligned, and business-driven.

Patrick is the owner and Director of Operations of The Salon Professional Academy in Washington, D.C., where he leads education for cosmetology, esthetics, and advanced beauty professionals. Under his leadership, the academy is known for preparing professionals with the technical skill, confidence, and real-world readiness needed to succeed in today’s beauty industry.

He also serves on the Washington, D.C. Board of Barber and Cosmetology, where he was instrumental in developing new regulations that expanded access and created new career pathways into the beauty industry. As a board member of CSPEN, Patrick advocates nationally for high-quality career education and workforce development.
